All Households Suddenly in the Gallery Instead of their Lots?

So, I'm not sure when this issue started-- some time in the last week, most likely, but all of my families except the most recent one I've played seem to have booted out of their houses. Help? I h...

    1. Open the game with the new family
    2. Take the family to CAS and save it to the library
    3. Open the old game with all your old families and go to map view
    4. Click on a house you want to place them and choose to place a family from the library
    5. Search for it and place it

Hi @villaindiluvian

are you sure you're still playing the same save and this isn't a new one you started by accident ? There seems to be some issues with the new menu.

Do you have a load button ? If so, do you see other games you could load ?

    Hi Crin,

    I looks like there are three saved games-- the first one I started since the upgrade seems to have all of my families except the most recent one. There's a separate save file with just the newest family. Any way to combine them?

    Thanks so much for your help! This is a step in the right direction, at least!
