@Kiesha__Heyward Please look within OneDrive's Documents folder for any Sims 4 files. If you find some, you can move them back to the appropriate folders inside the version of Documents stored on your hard drive.
If you're not sure what you're looking at, please post screenshots of what you find; include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, in the screenshots as well.

i checked it and there's nothing in it :/
@Kiesha__Heyward Please search your hard drive for the missing saves. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter Slot_ in the search bar in the upper right corner of the window. This should find any saves on your computer. If you see some that aren't in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves, those are the missing files, and when you move them back to that saves folder, they should show up in-game again.
Just in case, it's also worth checking your OneDrive account online (as in, on onedrive.com) for the files. Here's how:
I need help so like, one of my saved games in sims 4 is missing but the name i had for it the og save is gone and the name i originally had as it before it got deleted was randomly transported to rename my top saved game, now the people i played and the dog i had arent there it just over rode the name of it? and the og game is gone.
see how it's the same name but a different saved game
@axtoniaaa Is it possible that this is the same save, except a different household is active? Please try loading the save and look for your main household in Manage Worlds. If you find it, just switch back to that household and continue as before.
- @puzzlezaddict yup! thanks 🙂
