bstephensonn The unrecognized video card error message shows up once per Options.ini file. When you removed your entire Sims 4 folder, you removed that file too, which is why you're seeing the message again. Your GPU isn't in the game's database, so it's been unrecognized this whole time unless you took steps to get it recognized at some point. In that case, please let me know what you did.
For the rest, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
