All save files, all mods, tray file save gone, entire game is also gone.

So last night, I had issue with my computer.I've turned it on normally, but then when it was on there was big blue window and it said "Your computer had issue.Restarting sometimes can fix that problem."I've tried all advanced options that Pc offered me but there was no change. All I could saw on laptop was that big blue window.I don't think I've caused it cause I didn't open it up pc 3 days before, cause I simply didn't had time for pc.So I randomly open up and i've turned on and that message appears. So,I had no choice but to do factory settings which means to delete everything and start from scratch.I had sims 4,save files and everything there on that version of pc.I've would back it up on one drive, but I had no idea that will happen.I already used disk drill to recover files before,so I can't use that app anymore. How to recover all these save files, folders, mods and also game but for free,I really don't wanna to buy software.

  • Mermaidgirl222  At this point, there's no way to recover your saves or other Sims 4 data, unfortunately.  Even the paid data-recovery programs are usually unable to reconstruct a viable save.  This is because the software needs to guess at times to fill in blanks where some data is missing, and while this works fine for text documents and spreadsheets, it doesn't tend to produce a save that the game can read.

You could still check onedrive.com for any Sims 4-related files.  Windows sometimes enables it in a way that the user doesn't notice, and maybe you'll get lucky.

For the game itself, you can simply sign into the EA App with your existing login credentials and download everything you've bought, for free.  The account owns the content, not your computer.

This happened to me before, last time when I recovered these save files,I recovered with disk drill. It is ok app but problem is later on,you can't use it for free anymore.I have checked one drive, nothing.I know that because with one drive, there was less and less space on local disk(c) and i had very little space because of it.I really don't know how can I recover at least save files 😦.

Btw.,I'm glad you answered,I just wanna say thanks for the last time help.
