"an incompatible version of this game is installed on your device" error message

EA error saying game is not compatible with steam, and to uninstall steam version. However, the steam version already uninstalled itself. I do not know if this is occurring because I didnt pay my EA pro subscription or what, but I really cant figure this out. Please help!
