And now ?

My game crashes after one minute of play since the last update in September.
I've tried everything: repairing the game, reinstalling graphics drivers, deleting all mods each time, switching to DirectX9 or not, ... it just crashes!
I've even run hardware tests and nothing!
There's an event for over a month, except that my game crashes !!!! What about you?
How do you know if you're being seen or heard by EA? Nothing happens in this forum and at no time do I see a press release from EA :-/
They can't be reached, it's impossible to get real support with a ticket number and a developer working on the problem.
If there's no change in October, that's it, I'm uninstalling everything and you won't have to talk to me about The Sims anymore!
