Can't start game

my game has refused to entirely open for quite a while now. Every time I try to open the game it'll send me to a white screen then after a second or two I'll be sent to either the Steam home page or the EA home page. This started after the Halloween update and I spent nearly two weeks attempting different things to fix it. Especially the Uninstall and Reinstall technique. It hasn't worked at all. I had tried removing my CC and putting either steam or the EA app as administrators. Nothing had worked. Now nearly a month later, I decided to reinstall it to see if things have changed. It didn't. I have no idea if it's my laptop itself causing the issues or if it's just the game that's bugging out.

Can I get some advice on what to do? I use a HP laptop and I have Windows 11 if that's anything important.
