Every time I try to select in my new sim, or their eyes or anything to add to it, it just glitched out or tries to turn the camera? It’s really weird. I took out my mods, did nothing, turned off WiFi, I “repaired” the game in origin, still did nothing. It’s super frustrating and impossible to create a new sim. Any suggestions?
@Larryssunflower Sorry for the late reply. Are you still having issues? If so, please disable any overlays you have running: Steam, Discord, etc. Disable Origin in-game too: hover over your username, select Applciation Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
@Infired21 Please try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether CAS and a new save work normally. Let me know either way.
If you still have issues in a clean folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
