I keep getting my account suspended for reporting my frustrations with this reoccurring issue. I do not believe that there are any employees of EA that have the job of helping customers, only those who suspend accounts. If they spent half as much effort listening to customers as they do suspending them, things might get better...
The new update, crashed all my gaming programs on my laptop. I got Steam reworking last night. I haven't down Epic yet. I also find it Funny I can play Sims Medieval/Pirates in EA. But Sims 4 tells me there is no EA Folder and won't let me redownload. I even disabled all packs. I'm about to see if I can download Sims in Steam. Also why is Steam Help. Better then EAs.
Probably better report the bug. Hopefully they don't suspend your account. I wish they would help us more. We are customers, after all.
