uberaccoontaken Your dxdiag lists a few crashes of the graphics driver, and this software comes packaged with an audio driver as well. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall, as described here:
Please also make sure Parsec isn't running in the background when testing.
If this doesn't help, please unplug your speakers, plug in a different audio device (preferably not Bluetooth though), restart your computer, and test again.
