Baby disappeared from Family

So, my sim's baby disappeared from my family twice. I logged into the game and noticed I was missing my baby who was just born before I logged off. I restored a previous version of the game from before they gave birth, and the baby was born again. I entered CAS and when exited, the baby was gone again. 

Any idea what might be causing this? It's never happened before.
