Pineapplechnks Please post a screenshot of the issue. And let me know whether this happens in windowed mode. Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Options.ini, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
Please also please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Okay, I have to this in parts because it won't let me screenshot I have to take a picture with my phone and when I screenshot from my computer it takes away the problem and then puts it back but here. Also, I'm using fullscreen.
Okay i forgot to say I didn't have this problem before I downloaded cc skin details ever since the problem stuck and didn't leave when I did all the steps
