Black screen on CAS

Looks all good

Could you post this info: 

1. Click on Start and then type the following into the search prompt at the bottom: perfmon /rel
2. Press Enter to proceed.
3. A window will open and in there you can click on the red circles with a white X.
4. After clicking the X, the info on the bottom will update. Choose the Sims 4 CAS Demo Critical Event one and right click on it and choose "View Technical Details"
5. Now on the next window, choose Copy to clipboard at the very bottom and post this into a reply to us here.

Did you get any error messages or just the black screen ?

The program TS4CAS.exe version 1.0.176.190 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

On which drive is your documents folder ?

The message is really pretty meaningless unfortunately

My C drive. I have the CAS on my E drive but I did install it on my C drive and was still getting the black screen.

COuld you try if it helps moving the doc folder to your e drive. There's instructions all over the net. Just google

There's a file called config log. Can you post the content of that (remove all private information that is in there like your computers name or your user name)
