oceannetavarez First of all, if you're thinking of reinstalling Windows, a repair install is a helpful (and quick, relatively speaking) intermediate step. The process doesn't delete your data, unless you tell it to of course. It's not as thorough as a fresh install of Windows, but it does give you a somewhat-clean OS install; the problem is it doesn't replace installed drivers. So I'd run Driver Verifier after the repair install as well. Here are instructions for both:

If that doesn't help, I'd like to see any crash dumps from these crashes when you try running the EA App or an EA game. If the computer is getting BSODs, you might find some here:
C:\Windows\Minidump
For regular crashes, click Windows key-R and enter this in the run box:
%LocalAppData%\CrashDumps
In both cases, check the time stamps to make sure you're looking at files from the relevant crashes, or from immediately after you restart the computer. You'd need to upload these to a third-party filesharing site and link it here, or send the link to me via PM if you prefer. For the Minidump folder, you'd also need to copy the files and paste them onto your desktop, as the folder is protected (it's a Windows folder, after all) and won't let you remove anything inside.
