Body sliders gone (mod glitch)?

I tried out some Sims 4 mods for the first time, and so far, they work! That's nice. Except the fitness and size sliders are gone completely. I thought hey, I can remedy this, and went to the preset body types. Except those are gone, too. Like the option isn't even there, you click the body tab and all it is is the tattoos. So naturally, I took out all the mods. They're still gone. I am paying for my sins. I still have the original Resource file in there, but that's it. Is there anything I can do? I have the game downloaded from Origin so I don't think I can uninstall then reinstall.
