Bought a game play expansion pack and won’t let me use it!

It’s been a while because I haven’t wanted to make a problem about it but back in October I bought a gameplay expansion pack for my sister and she  played with it for two days and turned off the lapt...

hg7wt7ryi78a  Did you buy a code for the pack and have your sister redeem it, or did you buy the pack directly through the EA App (or Steam)?  Which pack was it?

If you bought it through EA, using your sister's account, please have her login to ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, and find the transaction.  Post a screenshot of the details, but black out the actual order number.  Make sure her username is visible too, but not any other personal info.
