ydkgrgolaldz Do you see the packs listed as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If not, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Payment and Wallet > Order History, find the transactions, and list their status: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
If the transactions aren't there at all, you're in the wrong account. (The save you've been playing is stored on your computer; it's not tied to your EA account.) Please see the accepted solution of this master thread for more information:
