Bug Lovestruck relationship bar

Today I saw that the Laundry List came out and I was disappointed that I didn't find the list of the most annoying bug in the game. It has already been reported by countless players and the most impressive thing is that it has been going on for months.

As you may already know, it involves the Lovestruck expansion. The game simply leaves the romance bar of married sims at zero and then full. Any interaction, positive, be it friendly or romantic, leaves the sims completely unsatisfied. I've tried to fix this with mods and even taking them to therapy every week, but it simply doesn't work and this makes the game experience very frustrating.
