Game Not Starting

To me it happened the same thing as you, ma'am. I also have a HP OMEN Laptop 16'' and ive tried everything and much more, nothing works, it has been like this for almost a week too. It is terrible since i have a lot of add-ons and i cant play as well.

same thing here :((( i verified files, did everything and it refuses to launch the game. keeps going to the launch screen with the sims 4 then just exits. 

I believe this problem comes from the last Sims 4 update. There is no way this problem is happening similar to lots of people and the problem is of our pc's or consoles. I’ve got a modern pc, a very good one that runs every other game I have but not sims, since the update.

I wanna cry lol. I don’t care if lose saved games I can always make more. I just wanna be able to play 😭

This has just happened to me as well. It was working fine yesterday and now it just crashes every time I try to load. I've repaired the game and removed all mods and saves but that hasn't helped. I also have an Omen laptop for what that's worth. Why is this happening?

A similar thing has been happening to me for months, actually. I have a Victus.

mine is doing the same thing!!! i will click on my saved games, and it will tell me to pick a season like there isnt a game there. which sucks because i have generation's. says my computer has not enough disk space even though, we have deleted a bunch of things. and the cache and all that. its getting annoying. one second it will let us on, than the next not. sims group needs to do something asap  

Same to me, I have HP Omen, tried repairing, moving mods, clear cache, update everything and either will go to title of game and freeze or freeze in window mode, it’s been this way for probably the whole month of April or seems like it anyways 

i am sooo fustrated with sims 4 cuz i had a save i was invested in and put alot a work in and now its gone. so i just uninstalled it completely and now playing sims 3 lol
