bug

Hello, sorry for my english ! 

Since the last update I have a problem with my game. I put the photo to show you. This problem appears for example when I turn up or down the sound, or the brightness. When I am in a game, and there is an event in progress, I have nothing appearing in the event. I first thought it came from my mods, but they were all up to date. I ended up removing them all but the problem persisted. So I uninstalled the game, reinstalled, reset everything, but this problem continues to persist. I don't know what else to do because my game is back to factory state and yet it doesn't work!

    AibMasaRo  For the graphical issue, please try updating the driver for your graphics card or chip.

    If that doesn't help, or you don't know how to update, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    For the missing event details, does this happen with no mods or custom content present?  I'm not sure whether you're saying both problems are still present, or only the first one.  Please also post a screenshot of this issue.  You can use Windows key-shift-S while the game is in windowed mode.
