Bugs... Bugs everywhere !!

Hi puzzlezaddict​  thank you for your answer ! I'm not from an english speaking country, so I may have some translation issues...

So, as I tried to explain in my first message, before playing, I delete package files in the Sims 4 folder (every cache files), then I clear the EA app's cache and I even tried to repair the game. Yes, I did it in that order, but nothing worked, my game keeps lagging.

There is my dxdiag, if you see what's the problem, could you explain to me ? I'm not a geek... 😅
