UtilityofForce Copy your save to the new Sims 4 folder, but nothing else yet, and test a few different lots. Start with one you've never built on before and go from there.
If some lots work but others don't, please let me know whether you notice a pattern. For example, maybe the ones that don't are those for which you started with a Gallery download, or they're older builds of yours that you've saved, or they have foundations or basements or platforms.
