built and uploaded to gallery now i get system error when i try to place lot

I assume this post was meant to be in The Sims 4 rather than Battlefield as that is where your other post is, carry on.

Have you tried restarting your game ?

I have not tried to restart my game since this incident has happened.  I did however reinstall all games with an earlier problem that i had, and currently still having with my game randomly freezing for 6-10 seconds that developed after the last update. and nothing seems to be correcting that problem. ..although it is currently being looked into.                                                             This is a new problem, where i can place any lot from the Gallery, except this specific house, ( that i had built)  and uploaded to Gallery..now i want to download it on my lot ..and can't without getting "System error". Other simmers are downloading it and don't seem to be having an issue ..but i can't. .

Not reinstall the game. Just close it down and start it again ?
