Camera Jumping in Build Mode

Some things I forgot to mention:
- I'm playing on PC
- I downloaded the game through Steam (so everything having to do with editing files is through that)
- I do have Mods and Custom Content (I would like to avoid removing it all though because I have so much, and it would take forever to remove it and add it all back again later)
- I have the Discover University, Get to Work, Get Famous, High School Years, and City Living expansion packs
- I have the Laundry Day, Cool Kitchen, and Vintage Glamour stuff packs
- I have the Modern Luxe, Book Nook, Everyday Clutter, Country Kitchen, and Pastel Pop kits
- Almost forgot, my game is completely updated to the latest version
