Can’t connect to the gallery

Since the login event i haven’t been able to access the gallery, unfortunately that means I haven’t been able to collect the rewards either. 

my WiFi is good, the toggle is on so I can access the gallery and anytime I try to go on the gallery or collect rewards it says I’m not connected, I’ve sat at my desk for an hour while it was reconnecting and nothing it’s like it’s just not, I don’t have mods enabled, I don’t have vpn blocking connection, I’m just confused and need help
