Cannot build a bundle on Origin - Discover University

I'm not able to bundle it either, its saying i own too much content so i have to pay for it at full price?? I own all the expansion packs but now that theres a new one i should be able to make a bundle

@SiphonicVirus Yes, I had all expansions but this new one (and I'm missing several of the smaller packs) and got the same message. I was able to get it to work through Mozilla oddly enough - try another browser?
