    Hello.

    There was a Gallery maintenance earlier today that we hope helped with this issue.

I cannot access The Sims 4 Gallery. I try and connect online but it just doesn't connect therefor I cannot access the gallery or my library ☹️

      Oops I am running a PC :O


      I am playing the Sims 4 and in Build mode, I want to access the Sims 4 gallery but the game will not connect online. I am currently trying to repair my game.

        After I repaired my game it is functioning properly now.

      Hi there, 

      I cannot connect to the gallery online. It just says attempting to connect and does not go any further. It’s been happening for two days now.

      I just posted but can’t see it on the wall. Sorry I’m new to this. I cannot connect to the online gallery either. Just saying attempting to connect and swirling round. Can anyone help? Thanks

        I am having this exact issue right now.

        1) I am not automatically connected when the game is launched.

        2) It’s taking forever to connect.

        Is the gallery offline again or under maintenance?

    Hey, so I've had this problem since the first day I got Sims 4. It's where actual origin says I'm online and I can talk to my friends, etc but the Sims 4 gallery says otherwise. I've done everything threads, articles, quota, etc have told me to do, I've redownloaded, stopped all cc, made it work with my firewall and antivirus, turned off origin in-game as well as turn it on. There have been few moments where the gallery has worked but they seem random only a couple of times since I've had sims. If anyone knows how to fix this, it will seriously be greatly appreciated!

      @EdenBee2006 The gallery currently seems to have issues.

      Not much you can do at your side.

      EDIT: Putting Origin in offline mode and then back to online also made the gallery work for me again.

      Accepted this as temp solution for visibility.

      Please post if it doesn't solve the issue for you.
