Cannot connect to Gallery

So I just got off the phone with another EA support person, and we actually found the fix for my problem. I live at college, and I connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable and an Ethernet port in my dorm. He was saying a bunch of technical reasons as to why that would cause an issue (related to how college Ethernet typically works), but regardless, he told me to switch from Ethernet to the wireless internet that I also can connect to at my dorm. I've switched between my Ethernet and wireless connections multiple times to test it, and every time I'm connected to Ethernet, I am unable to connect to the gallery, and when I am connected to the wireless internet I am able to connect to the gallery with ease. That's what solved it for me. Hope this might help some of ya'll too.

@Angebro33  Thanks for the tip. Just tried going on wifi. Unfortunately it didn't help in my case.

The issue was temporarily resolved but occurred again today - I've sent a PM with the file info as requested. 

I'm trying to seach stuff on the website gallery but it's just not working properly, sometimes if I search a popular streamer/youtuber's name id it will show all their gallery stuff, but if I try to search anything else or just see the newest uploads it says Oops something went wrong.

Ditto. Half of the launch screen is missing and cannot access anything but my own Library. Cannot connect to Gallery, News Feed is a blank screen, Cannot access my uploads. 

"Unable to go Online: One or more of The Sims online services is currently Offline. Try again later. 

Origin is working fine & I can connect online easily, but when I open sims on my laptop & try to click on something that needs an online connection, e.g. gallery or to see other packs (e.g. expansion & stuff etc.), it just won't connect and sometimes says 'unable to go online. One or more of The Sims (TM) online services is currently offline.'

I am also having the same issue. I contacted EA through online chat and they suggested deleting my download cache... it didn't work. I found an old thread in this forum that had other folds experiencing this a year or so ago- it seemed like this happened when EA gallery servers were overloaded OR they were doing an update to the gallery. It eventually worked again. Hopefully it resolves quickly.. I NEED THE GALLERY!!!!!

This is happening to me as well. Is the gallery actually down? How do we know?

There was a Gallery maintenance today, but it was completed a couple of hours ago.  Are you still seeing this problem?

SimQARobo No The Gallery and my Uploads are back. The News Feed issue that has been plaguing people for a couple of weeks now, is still an issue.
