chanmight You should be able to get a refund from EA customer support. Sims 4 DLC isn't eligible for automatic refunds, but a support rep can issue one manually. Just tell them that you already own some of the content so it's a duplicate purchase.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.
