Cannot get help

All I want to do is play sims 4 but I keep getting the same error anytime I try to open it. I have literally tried everything everyone has offered in ways of help. The only one that worked was creating a new user on my laptop. However, it didn't have my save and it only worked for 1 day. The next time I tried to open the game on that user the same error popped up.

It is literally impossible to create a ticket or talk to anyone from EA. Quite possibly the worst Customer Support I have ever seen. It is literally worse than Xfinity, which is impossibly hard to do. I at least can get ahold of someone. Its more like dealing with a Crypto company that is scamming people. I actually had an easier time getting ahold of them / I at least got a response. The last case I was able to start up no one replied to and they closed the case saying it was resolved. Super amazing stuff right there. I've given up hope for playing this game on my laptop or at all at this point so no need to help me anymore. Just needed to vent about the lack of care from EA. Canceling and uninstalling everything that has to do with them.... yet again they have proven to me that they are a corporation for themselves and not for the GAMER. I'd be surprised if any of the heads to this place even play a game or more than an hour of one of their games.

  • Clocti  This error is typically antivirus-related, so please set exceptions in your AV for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.  Set an exception for EADesktop.exe as well.

You may need to repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) first.

If that doesn't help, please try the other suggestions in the first post of this thread for a distinct but related error:
