Cannot Place Content: newer version of game, but game is up to date??

I downloaded some CC from TSR and I can place some things, but a lot in the gallery says I cannot place content because it was created with a newer version of the game, but my game is up to date and I have checked multiple times to make sure there are no more updates on origin. Have I done something wrong?
