Cannot run sims 4 with the video card

My girlfriend bought a laptop with an intel arc graphics inside  from curry’s after looking around, the guy who worked there said it would have no issue playing the game and now they won’t let her return it since it’s been used and it says exactly what you’ve said when she attempts to launch it , we’ve tried so much and at an end now

the device id is 0x5693.  But not sure of the vendor ID unsure if this is correct  8086

we found another one labelled device ID too A7A0 if this any use.. 

she’s quite upset as she likes the laptop but cannot play the one game she wanted to because of the error when she goes to start it up.. I don’t know what to do with the device id etc. but saw you could help.   The full name of the graphics says “ 

Intel® Arc(TM) A370M Graphic “ 

Any help would be massively appreciated. 

Also we have tried reinstalling drivers and the game
