Can't change game language to Polish

Hi i played The sims 4 before in Polish but when i wanted to play again after couple of weeks i had to update game and i cant change language back to polish please help

    The languages available are dependent on what region you've purchased your copy of the game from.

    If you're looking to get different language options, you can try reaching out to the live support team to see if they can change the region version you currently have on your account. You can contact live support through the help site here to have them look into those options with you.

    Set the location in the lower-right corner to United States (this is for the language options; you don't have to be in the U.S.), and sign in.  Select Sims 4 > see all help topics > I need help loading my game.  Chat is appearing for me underneath a help article.
