Can't click on anything after 1-2 minutes opening the sims 4 app

Question

helloSo i've been playing the sims during the major updates recently (version 1.112.481.1030 DX11) and suddenly my game crash and closed itself during build mode. Then when i tried opening the app again, after 1-2 minute the app crash again. What i've done so far is restarted with new Electronic Arts folder, Took out all my mods, uninstall and re-install this game, updating my windows and BIOS.So far, nothing works.Please help. I'd included my dxdiag below

EllaKamil&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag.&nbsp; The Sims 4 errors it lists could be due to the graphics driver, and the newest errors are definitely driver-related, so that's the place to start: with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver.&nbsp; Here's how to do it:

If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag, one run after you reinstall the driver and try to play.
