Can't download expansion pack

Question

Hey!&nbsp;So I bought the Horse ranch expansion pack a while ago and things worked fine. Until I had to redownload the whole game due to technical difficulties. When I went to redownload my add-ons, only the Horse Ranch pack said I can't download it and 'manage on steam'(I have the game installed on both Steam and the EA app, but I've always used the EA app and it has worked great so far)&nbsp;My game has crashed multiple times, so I'm scared to change anything on steam now. Does anyone know how I can download the pack?

3010196&nbsp; If you bought Horse Ranch through Steam, you'll need to install it, and the Sims 4 base game, through Steam.&nbsp; I'm not sure why it worked before, but this is normal.&nbsp; Uninstall the EA App version of the game first, install through Steam, and then open the EA App and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game.&nbsp; You can install the packs under Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; Manage add-ons.
