can't find digital download of the sims4 in my library

I bought the sims 4 but could not get it to run on my computer, and origin wanted to know if Id like to download it digitally. So I did, as I put in all the numbers I was suppose to and it downloaded really well. However I am on a different computer now, and I can not find the sims 4 in my library with all the other stuff I got, so how do I get another download as I cant find the paper with the number, but have the discs.

    Are you sure you are looking in the right account? It should be the one you used to install the game with the first time.

    If so, try these:

    The game no longer shows up in Origin

    Try the following things: 

    • Restart Origin.
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
    • Reinstall Origin.
    • Restart your router/modem.
    • Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))
