cant find packs on sims 4
i bought the cats and dogs pack years ago and i cant see it on the game, this problem has happened once befor can you help me?

Elahunicorn10 Does the pack show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If not, are you missing any other packs, and do you see any packs listed at all? As in, I'm wondering whether all of your DLC is missing or only the one expansion.
If C&D is showing as owned but not installed, you can start the download from there. If it already shows as installed, please run a search for it. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP04 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
