Can't download

I had to uninstall and reinstall "The Sims 4" and I can't install the expansion pack "High School Years".
I'm getting the following message: "There's a problem with your pre-order" and asking me to review the purchashe status on my account. I know i did pay for this expansion pack back then and I also checked the payment on the website and it was completed.
What do I do?

    We'll need the live support team to review your purchase details for this pack and see what's going on- here on the forums we aren't able to access your billing information to take a look.

    Please submit a help request from the site here so live support can look into this further with you.

    I’m reaching out here as advised by EA Support, in the hopes that someone else might be experiencing something similar – and that the studio can take note.

    I pre-ordered The Sims 4: High School Years and right from the start, I had issues with downloading the pack, and it didn’t appear as purchased in my library. Because of this, I ended up buying it again. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to download the expansion pack.

    I’ve already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps multiple times, including what support has suggested, but nothing has worked. This has been an ongoing issue since release, and it’s honestly been very frustrating.

    Have anyone else dealt with a similar issue – or has found a solution – I’d really appreciate hearing from you. And if the studio is monitoring this forum, I hope this post helps highlight that the issue is still unresolved for some of us.
