Can't Get Married
Ever since the November 7th update I have been unable to get married. Even on a new game. Repaired game. NO mods. All DLC. I am trying to marry my fiancee at the Sanmyshoeno or whatever you call it ...

You need to Propose before the option to get married appears on the wedding arch.
Once you have successfully proposed (a sim can decline) the Above option becomes available a long with the socials Elope and Plan wedding.
