Can't get online or use gallery, only offline play available.

So I updated the game with no problems but i never received the user agreement message and I can't connect online. I can't get into the gallery at all or collect my rewards from the event. I can play...

autumnbreize babh613 Have you enabled Online Social Features, in Options > Game Options > Other? Is the EA App in online mode? While offline, you wouldn't see your full game library or any ads, just a list of installed games to launch.

Please also let me know whether you were previously able to connect in-game, or if this has never worked.
