Can't install expansion pack

OMG please help.. I just purchased the new expansion pack, the small businesses one and I paid through Klarna, it was taking forever for the window to finish after the payment then the ea app crashed, When I reopened the app it was making out that I never purchased the pack but the klarna app has registered and I even received an email from EA with the receipt of purchase but I can't download it. I really really want to play tonight and I feel like crying... Please someone tell me you know how to fix this. I have tried restarting the app, logging out then back in and even uninstalling the app and reinstalling and logging in but nothing 😓 help!!
