can't load sims 4 - error d6f91ffb:29f00e76:00000000

I just bought the sims 4.

Once it finally installed and i could open it nothing happened.

I see a box in my screen. Says that my files are an older version and the sims needs to be updated through origin.

I try everything and nothing!! My sims are update!

Please help me!!
