Can't move in household

I'm at my wits end. I wanted to play newest patch but couldn't. I deleted my mods (and cashe) still nothing. Deleted the game, purged all the files, reinstalled on another disc and it STILL won't let...

Hakuna_them_tata​  What happens when you try to move in a household?  And when you say you "purged all the files," do you mean you deleted the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts?  If not, please remove it now; you don't have to delete it, just get it out of the way.
