Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. [0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:8001
I know this topic has come up multiple times but I've tried all the troubleshooting that I could figure out (I'm not super computer savvy) and I still get the error message. I've tried these: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/cant-run-with-the-video-card-in-this-system/
According to the list my graphics card is supported, I've updated my drivers, I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling drivers, I made sure the game was using the card, I've turned off origin in game, I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin.
I used to be able to play sims 4 with no issue and now this error message comes up. So frustrating.

Here's some more suggestions:
- See if it starts in windowed mode:
- Disable full screen optimization
Turn off Origin In GameIf you have a dual graphics system, make sure the game runs on the card and not the chipUninstall and reinstall your graphics drivers- Rollback to earlier graphics drivers
- Right click on the game in Origin and press repair game
