Can't save cas/simmers/households library or upload to gallery.

Hi. I can't save can/sims/families library or upload to gallery. I have no problems with builds and lots at all. I'm not sure what's causing this. At first I thought it would be the mods and CC that caused the problem, but I tried removing it out of my 'mods' folder, restarting the game, but it didn't help at all. 

When trying to upload simmers to the gallery or save them in library, it looks like there're no problems, and I even get the message "household saved" or something like that, but I can never find them. In the gallery when I click at my username, and the small display of four saved items appears along with my bio, I actually can see my simmers, and I can download them too. But once they disappear from that, they're just all gone, and nowhere to be found/: What do I do?

    @Rosenkrantz1206  When you view your sims within your library, do you have the option checked to include custom content?  Sims can be marked as having cc even after you've removed it.

    If this isn't the issue, please go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and move the Tray folder to the desktop.  This will remove all your in-game library items; you can put them back later.  For now though, please just try saving a household to the library both through the in-game function (i.e. saving one you've created or are playing with) and by downloading a new one from the Gallery.  Let me know if either one works.

    I had the same problem and the only solution I found was to move my mods folder into a different location. For some reason the game just wouldn't save the cc I had installed even if I checked the box.
