Can't share new Sims to gallery

I looked for a thread on this issue but I couldn't find what I was looking for... so here goes nothing.

My problem is I can no longer share my new sim households to the gallery. Every time I try to share/upload a sim I created to the gallery (using no cc) a textbox pops up saying: "Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later."

Also, when you click on the sim in my library and once it loads up, you can see the big portrait of the household in the center (with the description underneath). Then, to the right other smaller pictures that you can click on. The top one being just another picture of the household. The bottom ones are supposed to be the pictures of your sim's closeups and what traits they have. At least, that's what's supposed to show up. However, these closeups of the sims are what's not loading in. It's just blank where the picture of your sim is supposed to be. When you try to click on the blank photo another textbox pops up saying: "could not locate this item." 

This problem arose when I attempted to download something. Whatever it is I downloaded (not cc) must have had a virus of some sort and now has effected my Sims 4 game. I later tried to delete what I had downloaded earliar in an attempt to fix the problem but I still couldn't share my sims to the gallery. I'm not 100% sure as to whether or not this is the reason why my game is acting up, but I thought I'd mention it... Could just be a coincidence there.

Another wierd thing is not all of my households saved in my library are having this issue. Some of my older households I can share easily with no lag just like before. But the newer households I made this week are the only ones I'm having difficulties with.

Could anyone let me know how to fix this problem so that I can share all of my sim households to the gallery again. Thanks!
