CAS Never Stops Loading

Ever since the July 23rd update I've been having issues with my CAS loading. It stays on the loading screen and doesn't enter into CAS no matter how long I wait. I've taken out my mods and it fixed it for a while, but it recently started happening again and I'm not sure what to do. CAS is completely unplayable, and I can't access it no matter what I do.

    jgaleano01  Are you saying this still happened with no mods or custom content at all?  If you added back any mods or cc, please remove the content and test again.  If CAS doesn't work with no mods or cc, please test it on different sims, including new ones, to see whether the problem is contained to a specific household or sim.
