Hello guys!
I'm from Greece and i think i have a huge problem with the EAapp or the game.
I'm trying over and over again to update the sims 4 but is not completed. The hard disk has caracity and i did all the steps one by one as EA help suggest but still nothing!
nuccd4ygpryh Clearing the EA App's cache won't appear to do much of anything, but certain hidden files will be removed. What happened when you tried to repair afterwards? If you saw any kind of error message, please post a screenshot.
nuccd4ygpryh Try repairing the game instead, which will (if it goes through) give you the fully-updated version of Sims 4. Clear the EA App's cache first:

Then open your game library and click Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.
I also did this and nothing happened! I'm so so dissapointed! I did everything what's wrong with this update? I did all the steps from the link you sent me but nothing! what's will be my next move?
is it possible that the virus protection program i have installed is at fault?
nuccd4ygpryh Yes, it's entirely possible. The thorough way to test is to temporarily disable the antivirus and try again to update. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe. If it helps, try setting an exception for EADesktop.exe, as well as exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.
