Reeikouh Have you personally tested without mods or custom content? Most of the time, that's the cause, even if some players have other issues. You can start here with a list of mods and cc known to break CAS:
If you still can't use CAS even with the entire Mods folder removed, please test in a new save, for comparison's sake.
