Claims at least 2 mods are missing

Everytime I load into the game, it works perfectly fine but when I go into CC, it claims one or a few CC is removed and that one Aspiration has also been removed however all of my mods including the clothing thats missing are in my mods folder and are up to date as far as I know. I've reinstalled and it still says the same thing, I have script mods enabled including custom content and mods.

Update: Just noticed a lot of my CC specifically clothing are missing entirely

Another update: Whenever Im currently on a sim I've selected if I click the same Sim to have them do something themselves or to pull up a mod, the options do not appear but do appear when I click on a different Sim while on the same Sim that I tried to have do something on their own.
